                                              1O th Anniversary of our Queensland 

                                                     Forced Adoption Apology.

                                   & of course our other Forced Adoption Apologies

                                  are also celebrating their  

                                     10th Anniversaries.

                                  There is a good menu to choose from,

                                       at a reasonable price, & the service is good, 

                                      we get a good chance to sit around talking,

                                       in a nice atmosphere.

                                due to Covid changing our meeting dates

                       & delaying the chance to pay our Membership Fees. 

                                    Our Membership Fees are now overdue, 

                                   we are still keeping them at $20.00.

                               It would be nice if we could start planning our Xmas Lunch, 

                           at The Golden  OX , on 3rd December,

                         Will we keep the Secret Santa at $10.00?

                         What about the Pink Roses,? 

                          this year i will make sure they are in water. 

                            I will bring the battery operated Candles as well.

                             we can use the opportunity to   

                              exchange Christmas cards amongst ourselves.

                            Anyone have  any more  Ideas? 

                               that would be nice for the day.

                        we believe this is 

                        The World first Hospital Forced Adoption Apology.

                            So  Next TUESDAY  the 17 th May lets all get together 

                         at Four Mile  Creek Hotel , Strathpine.

                            to celebrate those 2 achievements

                                           the Victorian Government is giving the 

                                    Mothers of Forced Adoption COMPENSATION

                                as you Know Marg & i have tried many times to get 

                                        the Queensland Government to sit  And discus 

                                         this action we were constantly told that the 

                                        statute of limitations needed to be lifted first. 

                                         well now there will be a  a precedent.

                                         We all need to Lobby 

                                     All members of the Queensland  Government 

                                    Parliament by that i mean everyone 

                                    who sits in Parliament.

                              if you can get an interview with your local member 

                                  please do as we need to educate them all 

                               on Julia Gillards promise when she gave us 

                                   that world First Government   Forced Apology.

                                Also there are more issues to discus at next meeting

                                  please reply if you are attending next meeting
