                                       The next  ALAS meeting is at East Leagues Club

                                          Main St Cooparoo, 

                                           Saturday AUGUST 13th 2022

                                        at 12pm until approx 3pm.

                                      This meeting we will be to  discus the AGM 

                                      Due to Covid ? Flu changing our meeting dates 

                                     we are late paying our.

                                    Membership Fees.

                                         Have you noticed in the Media 

                                 There has been publicity lately for law changes

                                   to the Statute of Limitation being lifted

                                    AND   COMPENSATION

                                 Some of you maybe aware that DAN ANDREWS 

                                is proposing giving Compensation payments 

                                 To the Victorian Mothers.

                               We want similar  but to both mothers & Adoptees.

                            Marg & myself have been lobbying since 2009 

                                & hitting a brick wall every time.

                            This time there are more different Groups 

                            taking part we maybe successful.

                            Also its time to discus !

                              10th Anniversary of the Forced Adoption Apology .

                           Also its planning time for our Christmas lunch?

                  Just a reminder everyone pays for their own food & drinks.

                                East Leagues Does have a good 

                                      Menu of reasonable priced Meals, & 

                                            a Cafe with coffee & Cakes .
